What are you working on?
- Platforms: PC, Mobile, iOS, Android, Console, VR/AR
Team size and structure?
up to 20 people
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Creating stylized 3D models of props and environmental elements.
Utilizing modular systems for level design.
Developing trim sheets and optimized UV unwraps.
Preparing assets for game engines (UE5, Unity), optimizing geometry and textures.
Texturing in Substance Painter / Designer /3D Coat / Photoshop following Hand Painted workflow.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Blender / Maya – modeling skills.
ZBrush – for sculpting stylized details.
Substance Painter / 3D Coat / Photoshop / Krita – for hand-painted texturing.
Unreal Engine / Unity – understanding of in-engine asset setup.
Experience with modular asset creation and trim sheets.
Ability to work with multiple UV channels for material blending.
Nice to Have:
Experience with procedural workflows (e.g., Substance Designer).
Strong understanding of color theory and stylized art direction.
Ability to adapt to different stylized aesthetics based on project needs.
