We are currently seeking a highly efficient and experienced Head of Delivery to join our forward-looking team. Our HQ is based in Malta, but this is a fully remote position as our team is decentralized.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Define, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end delivery frameworks, ensuring scalable and transparent workflows from concept to release.

• Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and capacity management in alignment with the company roadmap and business priorities.

• Lead the full game production cycle - from pre-production and development to launch and post-release support.

• Manage and coordinate side production initiatives within the game development lifecycle (e.g., delivery of specific game and non-game features, execution of business-driven requests, and other cross-functional production tasks).

• Anticipate risks and bottlenecks at scale, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement of delivery practices.

• Ensure effective usage of production tools such as Jira, Notion, Excel, and other relevant tools.

• Mentor Delivery Managers, while also being responsible for designing team structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing efficient internal processes within the delivery organization.

• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment with Product, Game Production teams, Business and other key teams to guarantee seamless execution.

• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, ensuring their work meets agreed timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

  • End-to-end accountability for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality game production.

  • Leadership and development of the Delivery team, including team structure and internal processes.

  • Cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth execution of roadmap priorities and business-driven initiatives.

  • Ownership and optimization of production tools and workflows (Jira, Notion, Excel, etc.).

  • High-level oversight of certification processes in collaboration with the Certification Manager and integration of market requirements into production.

  • Ownership of gaming and non-gaming strategic initiatives requiring structured execution within the company.

  • Oversight and performance management of external contractors and vendors involved in production.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in production, project, or delivery management, including at least 2+ years in iGaming or game development.

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team delivery pipelines.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management at scale.

• Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency at B2 level (C1 preferred).
